"Amp" "Amp" was named Angus when he had four legs. Then he got parvo virus. His owner took him to the emergency clinic for treatment. They wrapped Amp's legs so tightly that the circulation was cut off, and after four days he got gangrene. His owner could not afford the bill, and the folks in the emergency clinic thought that they had no choice but to euthanize Amp. He is very fortunate that Homeward Bound took him in. Now Amp is feeling better, but to save his life his leg had to be amputated. That's why he's now called "Amp." Unfortunately, poor Amp still needs help with his ongoing veterinary expenses. |
